Tasks and Responsibilities
- Support the development of brand experience activations for our clients
- Contribute to the effective planning and execution of experiential marketing programs
- Contribute to creative and experiential planning strategy sessions
- Support the effective execution of program blueprints
- Establish client communication plans
- Secure, manage and coach event and brand ambassador teams
- Always ‘be of service’ to internal and external project stakeholders
- Be tuned into social and industry trends, actively seeking to provide our agency and clients with new, innovative, and out-of-the-box ideas and opportunities
- Meet deadlines with tight turnaround times while ensuring accuracy
- Track budgets and assist with the reporting on program metrics
- Contribute to logistical program planning and execution while working collaboratively with internal teams
- Work with production team to carry out fulfillment, shipping, receiving and any other applicable matters
- Procurement of program assets
- Troubleshooting program pitfalls
- Assume accountability for the execution of programming
- Demonstrate a collaborative work ethic

Skills and Requirements
- Strong professional communication skills, oral, written, and active listening
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Word, PowerPoint and Excel
- Ability to manage multiple projects, in a fast-paced environment, at times under pressure
- Solid organizational skills
- Exceptionally detail-oriented
- Effective time management skills
- An entrepreneurial spirit and be a self-starter; able to work both independently and in a team environment
- Enthusiastic about brand & experiential marketing
- Ability to be flexible
- Ability to problem solve, or escalate as needed
- Extension of client team – trusted, strong collaborator
- Willingness to travel if/when applicable for programming requirements
- Relevant University or College education or equivalent
- 1-4 years working in an experiential marketing capacity
- Full G Driver’s License
- Reliable vehicle or access to a vehicle
- You must be IN; Intelligent & Nice
Nice to have skills
- Experience working on remote teams
- Adobe Creative Suite experience would be a serious asset.
- Medium to expert level foosball skills
Location
This position is based out of our Dundas, Ontario office. We do offer a
hybrid office work solution to all employees.
Compensation
This is a full-time salaried position. Midfield offers a competitive group benefits package, cell phone and work schedule. This role will offer the successful applicant room for growth and development at our agency.
Salary Range – $38,000 to $45,000
