Build & strengthen relationships with customers & educate them on new product features.

Develop case studies & success stories of our clients.
Consistently up skill and stay on top of tech, eCommerce, digital, retail and social media trends.
Assist the Head of Technology with proposals, estimates, timeline, client presentations and new project negotiations.
Lead project coordination, web and app development through all project life cycles including briefing, UX and content, Development and UAT..
Build robust campaign strategies with specific performance targets and objectives tailored to meet or exceed the business expectations of the client.
Oversee, create, manage, setup and optimize performance campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook, Insta, Amazon campaigns) when needed.
Measure the effectiveness of the campaigns across your assigned client accounts and suggest improvements and optimization strategies for better campaign results.
Executing tests, collecting and analyzing data, identifying trends and insights in order to achieve maximum ROI in paid search campaigns
Actively research and frequently propose new and improved digital marketing campaign ideas.
Have a hands on approach and execute SEO, Digital Marketing, Social tasks when required.
Stay up to date with various digital marketing and technology platforms and trends and advise the team where necessary.
Be active in improving other team’s digital knowledge and assist the head of technology in creating workshops and relevant training.
Assist in creating efficiency measures for the digital team as well as collaborating with other departments to improve smooth work transition and work quality.
Assist the Head of technology in day to day tasks, performing research, supervising teams and vendors.
Assist the Head of technology in creating playbooks, inbound and outbound Midfield Marketing initiatives.
