Jr. Production Manager

As a Junior Production Manager you are responsible for managing the delivery of various types of projects from beginning to end. You will coordinate and update relevant stakeholders on the flow of production, changes to timelines, issues and bottlenecks, urgent requests and other production events that arise on a daily and weekly basis. You are a problems solver that knows every detail of any given project and serves as the key point of contact between internal teams, clients and vendors.

Tasks and 

  • Keep projects on track through clear task lists, up to date schedules, status reports, and meeting notes  
  • Be involved in delivery of numerous creative projects ranging from OOH activations, XM deliverables from program elements to set up and teardown as well as digital program elements
  • Support internal and external meetings, presentations and conference calls, ensuring they stay on task and meet stated objectives
  • Communicate project progress, issues and resolutions to the client and internal team
  • Play a dual role of client advocate and Midfield advocate
  • Participate in Brainstorm meetings to help ideate new concepts and events
  • Using various tools to construct, build and modify event assets either in house or in-field

  • An understanding of experiential marketing, with field experience

Physical Demands & Working Conditions

  • Physical ability to regularly lift, carry, and position: up to 10 lbs. regularly, up to 25 lbs.
  • frequently, and up to 75 lbs. occasionally.
  • Physical ability to work with their hands, use various power tools and equipment
  • Physical ability to stand for a significant period of time and walk continuously on occasion through the warehouse.
  • Physical ability to occasionally bend, kneel, or reach may be required on occasion.
  • Ability to work in a warehouse environment which will expose the incumbent to a variety of noise and potential extremes in temperature.


This position is based out of our Dundas, Ontario warehouse.


This is a full-time salaried position.
