Account Coordinator

Midfield is actively seeking an Account Coordinator (AC) who will work closely with the Accounts team to assist in the day to day execution of campaigns and initiatives with a primary focus on quality control and data reporting. The Account Coordinator will be analytical, detailed oriented with a laser focus on ensuring accuracy of data processing, management and reporting. The ideal candidate will be quick on their feet, able to adapt to an ever changing, fast-paced, growing environment, and handle critical tasks with efficiency.

Tasks and 
Responsibilities

  • Collecting, analyzing, and processing large amounts of data
  • Utilize internal data platforms to manage projects and teams
  • Managing Infield reps through email and text to ensure seamless program deployment
  • Work with team members to ensure Infield teams are set up for success and have all the tools necessary to perform the duties of the role.
  • Meet deadlines with tight turnaround times while ensuring accuracy
  • Preparing weekly/monthly reports
  • Assisting team to ensure Infield reps are prepared and ready to work for all store activations
  • Help develop and prepare budgets, reconciliations and monthly invoices
  • Collaborate with team members to deliver projects on time, on budget and on brief
  • Contribute to and aid in the development/execution of brand engagement activations – specifically 1:1 engagement programming
  • Manage the set up of data through various platforms
    Contribute to logistical program planning and execution while working collaboratively with internal teams
  • Work with production team to carry out fulfillment, shipping, receiving and any other applicable matters
  • Contribute to the success of a dynamic and passionate team that produces engaging, effective work.
  • Troubleshooting program pitfalls
  • Assume accountability for the execution of programming

  • Actively participate in recruitment of in field staff when needed

Nice to have skills

  • Experience working on remote teams
  • An understanding of experiential marketing, with field experience
  • Multi-language project management background
  • Medium to expert level foosball skills

Qualifications & Education

  • Diploma in Marketing, Business, Event Management or work related experience required
  • 2+ years of work
  • Project Management designation or courses will be considered an asset.
  • You have to be IN; Intelligent & Nice

Location

This position is based out of our Dundas, Ontario office. We do offer a hybrid office work solution to all employees.

Compensation

This is a full-time salaried position.

Salary Range: $35,000 – $45,000

Benefits: Midfield offers a competitive group benefits package, cell phone and work schedule.

Growth and Development: This role will offer the successful applicant room to grow within our agency anywhere from 12-15 months based on performance.
